Jim and team are absolutely fantastic! Really professional but still personable and easy to speak with! Met with Jim to get my insurances looked at for the first time since 2017. Jim was super helpful, and told me how I could be putting certain insurances through the business saving me money every month! I’m now better covered than before, and paying less, even with the family added onto the health insurance. On top of this, how everything was explained and presented to me, in a little folder, comparing my previous cover compared to the new suggested cover. Everything was super simple and sorted in a timely manner! Have recommended First stop mortgages to several people already!

I asked Jim to review my mortgage to get me a better deal. I wanted to reduce my monthly payments which Jim achieved, even with rates increasing. He also reviewed my insurances, something I hadn’t done since I married and had kids! Jim switched my insurances to cover the mortgage and provide for my kids. He switched me to company that suits my active lifestyle and kept everything within budget. I have already recommended Jim to my sister in law and would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing advice on mortgages or insurance.

Excellent service took alot of work to get my mortgage as I'm self employed in a partnership business lenders needed a massive amount of information, couldn't fault first stop they got me the mortgage compared to a standard employed person was alot more involved Would definitely recommend Thanks
